Objectives

This landmark event is designed to empower our youth and strengthen our chapter. Over two days, we will focus on:

Electing the new set of officers for the 21st Chapter Youth Council (CYC) and the 14th RCY Advisers' League Officers (ALO).
Reviewing and amending the Constitution and By-Laws for both the Davao City CYC and the ALO to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Acknowledging and presenting the accomplishments of the 20th Chapter Youth Council (2023-2025).
Gathering RCY councils from across Davao City to foster friendship, promote mutual cooperation, and share best practices through engaging activities.

Event details at a glance

Who: Open to all Red Cross Youth members and advisers from high school and college levels.
When: December 6-7, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Where: Regency Inn, Davao City

Registration information

Secure your slot and be part of this unforgettable experience! Each school council is highly encouraged to send a delegation of 4 delegates and at least 4 observers.

Registration fees (inclusive of snacks, buffet lunch, and assembly kits for the two-day event):

Early bird rate: Php 2,500 - to avail, payment must be made on or before November 19, 2025.
Regular Rate: Php 2,800 - for payments made after December 1, 2025.

Important note: The deadline for the early bird rate will be strictly enforced with no extensions.

Pre-registration

Please fill out this form to confirm your school council's intent to participate in the upcoming Chapter Youth Assembly. This form should be completed only once per school council by an authorized representative (e.g., the RCY Adviser or the Council President).

This pre-registration helps us get an initial headcount and establishes an official point of contact for your school. Further instructions, including final payment and individual registration details, will be sent to the email address you provide.
